The Africatown Redevelopment Corporation is responsible for overseeing bidding opportunities and administering ARC contracts. On our page you will find information about projects currently open for bidding, how-to's of navigating the bidding process, as well as architectural plans related to ARC.
The notice to bid for the rehabilitation of 1028 Newman Lane, Mobile, Alabama 36610 will be open on April 24th, 2024 and will close on June 12th, 2024 at 12 p.m.
A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on May 8th, 2024 at 2 p.m.
The notice to bid for the Grimes Properties, and 1112 Newmane Lane, Mobile, Alabama 36610 will be open on January 15th, 2025 and will close on February 12th, 2025 at 12 p.m.
A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be rescheduled.
